Here is an opportunity for the youth with talent, aspiring better future. SK has taken a selection method, which stresses on interview and total aptitude test. Since 1996, SK began making selection of new employees at any time of the year for the first time in Korea. Recently SK recruits students, attending graduate schools and gives them an opportunity of experiencing business, corporate culture and the company system for a certain amount of time. And then, SK employs some of these students who show talent with desire to work at SK. SK is opening up job opportunities more and more through internship program and corporate scholarship program as well. At any time of the year SK selects new employees with BA and with experience. However, in the case of hiring new employees with BA, SK also makes a regular selection once or twice of the year which involves all the branch companies of SK.
